By accessing, purchasing, or embedding Svāyatta hardware or software architecture, you agree to these binding Terms.

01.License Grant

Svāyatta AI grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • [√]Execute embedded firmware on purchased hardware units.
  • [√]Access API endpoints for navigation integration.

Note: Hardware is sold. Software is licensed. Svāyatta AI retains all IP sovereignty.

02.Usage Restrictions

NO_REVERSE_ENGINEERING

Decompiling, disassembling, or analyzing source algorithms is strictly prohibited.

NO_CLONING

Firmware replication to unauthorized hardware is a violation of international copyright.

03.Regulatory Compliance

The End-User assumes full liability for adherence to Drone Rules, 2021 and relevant airspace laws.

Svāyatta AI is not liable for UAV hull loss, payload damage, or mission failure.
